Day 1: Arrival on the Versilia Coast – Welcome Drink – Dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Visit of the marble quarries in Carrara followed by lardo-tasting. In the afternoon we visit the old city of Lucca, where, after your city tour, you will have the opportunity to try locally produced sweet bread named Buccellato along with cappuccino.
Day 3: Guided Tour of the capital of Renaissance: Florence. On your return to the hotel, after dinner, you will try some Cantucci almond biscuits, typical of this region, and finely accompanied by some sweet Tuscan vin santo.
Day 4: Guided tour of the Medieval town of Siena in the morning with a break to sample some typical cakes of this area: namely Panforte and Ricciarelli. In the afternoon, the tour continues to the hill-top town of San Gimignano for some wine-tasting.
Day 5: Visit of Pisa, home of the iconic leaning tower. After the tour of Pisa, you’ll go to the small village of Lari to visit an original pasta factory, where the typical Italian spaghetti are manufactured.
