Day 1 and Day 2: Accommodation in 4 stars hotel in Fiesole located in a panoramic position – overlooking Florence. Attractive restaurant, a lovely pool and only steps away from Fiesole itself. Accommodation in double rooms. Basis HB.

Day 3 and Day 4: A short drive south of Florence and you’ll reach the famous Chianti area, with its wonderful, vine covered hills, lines of cypresses and olive groves.
Here we have selected another 4 stars hotel in the vicinity of San Gimignano. Accommodation in double rooms. Basis HB.
Complimentary wine tasting at the nearby wine farm.

Day 5: in 4**** hotel with wellness and fitness facilities, open air pool and within a short drive you can reach Cortona and other major places of interest in western Umbria. Accommodation in double rooms. Basis HB.

Day 6 and Day 7: in a nobleman’s palazzo near Citta’ della Pieve including cooking courses and various wine tastings. Accommodation in double rooms.

Arrangement in Città della Pieve

Day 1: HB and 1st cooking lesson. In the afternoon, you will enjoy your cooking lesson and dinner with Umbrian specialities served in the Palazzo by candlelight. Overnight.
Day 2: FB and 2nd cooking lesson. Do not miss a tour of the region and stop for a lunch in typical restaurant on the Chiusi Lake. In the afternoon your 2nd cooking lesson will take place, then, for dinner, you could taste what you prepared. Meals include house wines. Buffet breakfasts.
